Are you getting traffic, or customers?
We build SEO around revenue, not rankings. Let’s find where your site is losing and prioritise fixes by impact.
GET AN SEO QUOTE1) Initial Analysis: A Long History, a Static Digital Presence
SAPAcademic, with more than 20 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, had become a giant in both training and consulting. But this enormous offline reputation wasn’t reflected online. When we took over the site, the picture looked like this:
- Inefficient Technology: A custom-coded, clunky, non-mobile-friendly website that fell short of Google’s standards.
- Confusing Messaging: A page structure where the target audiences (individuals looking for training vs. companies looking for corporate consulting) weren’t clearly separated, and users got lost.
- Content Without a Strategy: Copy that was disconnected from search intent, reduced to a pile of technical terms, with little persuasive power.
- Lack of Brand Identity: No visual language or consistency to reflect 20 years of trust.
2) Strategic Structuring: Brand Identity and an SEO-Friendly Architecture
As the first step of the project, we wrapped SAPAcademic’s long history in modern armour. At the centre of our strategy, we placed “Trusted Authority” as the brand’s image.
Colour Palette and Visual Identity: We created a custom palette to represent the brand’s weight and prestige, combining traditional professionalism in deep navy (#0B2135) with premium quality in a gold tone (#C5A059). With black, white and grey (#808080) tones, we defined a modern, readable design line.
Modern Web and URL Architecture: We completely tore down the old site’s clunky structure and built an infrastructure that meets SEO standards and Core Web Vitals metrics. Keywords were grouped into training, module consulting and corporate solutions. By designing a hierarchical URL architecture specific to these groups, we made sure Google fully “understands” the site.
3) Content and Persuasion Engineering: Conversion Beyond the Click
A site doesn’t just need to attract traffic; it needs to turn that traffic into sales or partnerships. With that in mind, we built a structure focused on “Neuro-Marketing” and “User Experience (UX)” — built on these layers:
- Online Persuasion Layers: We added real success stories (case studies), client logos and concrete data tables throughout the site. We built a navigation system that lets users reach the solution they’re looking for in no more than 2 clicks.
- Custom Ticket System: To deliver instant, professional solutions to the technical issues inherent to the SAP world, we built a custom support (ticket) system integrated into the site. This proved the brand was not just a “training site”, but a living “solution partner”.
- Blog and Schema Markup: We built the blog strategy not on general information, but on in-depth guides targeting “high-intent” users (those with strong purchase intent). With advanced technical SEO and Schema Markup (structured data), we helped search engines interpret the content at the highest level.
4) Social Media: The Trust and Proof Layer
From the very beginning, we emphasised one truth to the SAPAcademic team: “The website is the final stop for conversion.” We designed their social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn) not as places to collect likes, but as “trust-building grounds”. Using a TOFU, MOFU and BOFU (funnel marketing) strategy, we built a content ecosystem that informs newcomers to the SAP world, offers professionals in-depth technical analysis and shows our references to those at the decision stage. We shifted our measure of success from follower count to the number of qualified leads coming to the site.
5) Advanced Tracking and Future-Ready Data Engineering
We owe the project’s success not just to how it looks, but to the powerful data-tracking system running behind the scenes. For SAPAcademic, we designed not just a website, but a self-optimising “growth machine”:
- Holistic Tracking and Heatmaps: To analyse every move users make on the site, where they spend the most time and where they hesitate, advanced heatmaps were integrated. This gave us the ability to act on real user behaviour data rather than “theory”.
- Precise Button and Conversion Tracking: Every button, form and interaction area on the site was tracked at a micro level. Which training courses got the most clicks and which corporate solutions attracted the most interest could be reported in real time. This data flow made it possible to channel ad budgets and content investment into the most efficient areas.
- An Architecture Built to Evolve Organically: Good engineering means anticipating not only today’s problems but tomorrow’s. The site’s infrastructure was built on a modular structure that can evolve flexibly and organically as new SAP modules are added or Google’s algorithms change. Potential bottlenecks and technical scaling issues were simulated and minimised while still at the design stage.
This in-depth engineering approach turned SAPAcademic’s digital presence from a “static brochure” into a living ecosystem that learns from every click and keeps improving.

6) Record Results: A Source Brand in the Age of AI
After 3 months of intensive implementation, SAPAcademic began reaping the rewards of 20 years of expertise online:
- A 400% Jump in Organic Traffic: Without spending any ad budget, organic visitors to the site quadrupled.
- Cited in AI Search: Google’s AI (SGE) and other AI search engines began showing SAPAcademic content as a primary source for specific, authoritative SAP-related queries.
- First Page for Competitive Keywords: For the industry’s toughest, most commercially valuable keywords, the site began ranking on the same page as global giants.
- A Surge in Demand and Leads: From the first week after launch, corporate consulting enquiries and training enrolments showed a steady upward trend.
